In an interview with Flaunt, Gadot expressed her delight in playing the role of The Evil Queen, describing it as a "delightful and delicious" character. She mentioned how playing a bad character is a refreshing change from always being the good guy.

 The remake, inspired by the 1937 Disney film and the Brothers Grimm fairy tale, will offer a modern perspective on the story. The movie is set to release on March 22, 2024.
