Netflix's Heart of Stone, starring Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan, attempts to break into the Mission: Impossible genre with a thrilling spy movie. Gadot's transition from superhero roles to a grounded character is showcased, delivering intelligence, technical skills, instinct, and formidable combat abilities. While the film feels somewhat derivative of other movies, it surpasses Gadot's previous Netflix action film, Red Notice, and is expected to attract a substantial audience. The story kicks off with an intense mission involving MI6 agents led by Rachel Stone (Gadot) as they attempt to apprehend a dangerous arms dealer. However, things don't go as planned, leading the Charter to protect The Heart and recover it from a villain who has teamed up with a young Indian tech prodigy named Keya (Alia Bhatt). The film offers non-stop action, thrilling chases, and breathtaking aerial stunts.
