Gal Gadot, the star of the blockbuster hit Wonder Woman, is set to receive the prestigious #SeeHer Award at the Critics' Choice Awards. This award recognizes and honors women in the entertainment industry who challenge stereotypes and push boundaries to accurately portray women.
The award ceremony will take place on January 11, and it will be broadcast live from Santa Monica on The CW. Gal Gadot will be presented with the award by her Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins.
The #SeeHer movement, led by the Association of National Advertisers, aims to depict women and girls accurately in media by the year 2020.
