Supermodel Gigi Hadid recently took to social media to pay tribute to her older sister, Marielle Hadid, on her 43rd birthday. Gigi posted several sentimental photos of the two throughout the years, showcasing their close relationship. 

In one black-and-white snap, a young Gigi poses with a teenage Marielle, while in another photo, they walk side by side, sharing laughter and joy. Gigi described Marielle as a "caring, funny, creative, amazing sister/mama/friend" in a caption over a picture of her as a child wearing a tiara. Marielle is the daughter of Mohamed Hadid and his first wife, Mary Butler.

Despite the family's split in 1992, the siblings have remained close throughout the years.

 In July, Marielle shared a photo of herself and Gigi having fun at a Taylor Swift concert. Marielle, like her sisters, has also dabbled in the fashion industry and co-founded the sunglasses brand Hadid Eyewear with her sister Alana. This heartfelt tribute comes after Gigi celebrated sister Alana's 40th birthday earlier this year. The Hadid family remains supportive and close-knit, always celebrating each other's milestones.
